CZBRCHAM has a team that supports any company
interested in
participating in trade fairs in the Czech
Republic..
This support can be provided by contacting the event organizers or by our
direct representation at the trade fairs.
Important information for our members:
CZBRCHAM offers its members free assistance in participating in business
events in the Czech Republic, including:
- Communication with event organizers;
- Recommendations and hotel reservations in the event locations.
- Recommendations and, if possible, reservations for transportation to
the event site.
- Selection of persons who will represent the company during the trade
fair or exhibition.
- Assistance in preparing samples for trade fairs.
Services offered for an additional fee, but with a special discount for
members:

Participation of one or more chamber members in promoting your
business affairs and in communicating with potential
clients during the exhibition or trade fair.
- Translations of your company's advertising materials into Czech,
Slovak, German, and English.
- Transport of samples to the event site.
Other expenses to be paid by the company participating in the
exhibition:

Sending samples and advertising materials of the company by mall.
- Hiring persons who will represent the company at the trade fair..
- Transport of samples to the event site if the company does not
request the participation of any CZBRCHAM members who
could potentially bring the samples with them.
- Rental of space (booth) for the presentation of company's products
and services at the trade fair.
- Booth setup at the trade fair by the company organizing the event
(if this cost is not already included in the rental
price of the space).
